Der Trento Spumante Riserva Extra Brut '1673' Cesarini Sforza ist ein Metodo Classico aus Trentino, hergestellt aus den besten Chardonnay-Trauben, die von der Kellerei im Val di Cembra angebaut werden. Die lange Reifung in der Flasche, von über 70 Monaten auf der Hefe, verleiht dem Wein Weichheit und aromatische Tiefe, in der sich frische Noten von weißen Blumen und aromatischen Kräutern mit fruchtigen und pâtisserieartigen Aromen verbinden. Ein Schaumwein, den man in all seiner Fülle zu Fischgerichten genießen kann!

The Trento Riserva Extra Brut “1673” by Cesarini Sforza is an elegant and intense vintage sparkling wine, which expresses the mature and evolved character typical of long aging on the lees, combined with a lively freshness of a crystalline mountain bubble. It is a cuvée made with pure Chardonnay, sourced from a selection of the best vineyards of the estate, ensuring grapes of exceptional quality. The careful vinification and low dosage allow for the creation of a label that belongs to the elite of the denomination and stands out for its gastronomic vocation.  At the table, it pairs very well with menus based on fish or delicate white meats.

The Extra Brut “1673” Riserva Cesarini Sforza is a Trento Doc vintage that represents one of the most important labels of this famous Trentino winery. The estate has vineyards in different areas of the region: in the high Valle di Cembra, in the hilly areas of Meano and Cortesano, Pressano, Sorni, and Besagno. The Chardonnay grapes used to create this cuvée come exclusively from the best parcels of the Valle di Cembra, located at an altitude of 550-700 meters and characterized by porphyry soils. The significant temperature variations between day and night allow for the maturation of grapes with intense aromas.  The harvest is carried out manually at the beginning of September and the grapes are gently pressed before proceeding to the fermentation of the must in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The second fermentation takes place according to the Classic Method with a 70-month aging on the lees.

The Classic Method vintage Trento Riserva Extra Brut “1673” Cesarini Sforza is a sparkling wine for connoisseurs, who appreciate the structure and the refined evolving notes, typical of a mature Chardonnay. In appearance, it presents a beautiful bright golden yellow color, crossed by a very fine, delicate, and persistent perlage. The bouquet is rich and refined, with notes of lime zest, candied citrus, aromas of ripe yellow fruit, pineapple, peach, honeyed softness, and pastry notes, floral nuances, toasted almond, and dried fruit. Broad and satisfying, it presents itself on the palate with deep and complex aromas, well supported by remarkable freshness, leading to a savory and very persistent finish.
