The Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore "I Mandorli" Nicolucci is a wine where aromatic cleanliness, straightforwardness, and a dry and soft sip coexist harmoniously. The nose is enveloped by predominantly fruity and floral tones, leading to a sip that is nothing short of drinkable in the mouth. A brilliant example of Romagna Sangiovese, "I Mandorli" is the symbol of one of the oldest and most prestigious wineries in the entire region, capable in recent decades of projecting centuries-old traditions into the future of wine, balancing ancient knowledge with innovative techniques and visions. A decidedly gastronomic label, to always have available in your personal reserve.

"I Mandorli" Nicolucci is a Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore that comes from the pure use of Sangiovese. The vines of this variety grow in vineyards located over 300 meters above sea level, in soils characterized by a subsoil rich in tuff, clay, limestone, and sulfur. Both in the vineyard and in the winery, traditional working methods are followed, passed down from generation to generation.from generation to generation. The must obtained from pressing the grapes ferments in stainless steel containers, and the subsequent aging takes place in glazed concrete tanks, at the end of which the wine is ready to be bottled.

The Sangiovese di Romagna Superiore "I Mandorli" Nicolucci develops in the glass with a clear and bright ruby red color. Freshly picked fruit presents itself on the nose with various nuances, enriched by more floral hints and slight herbal references. On the palate, it is full-bodied, with a captivating drinkability, from which emerges a trait of great drinkability. A label that is characterized by an excellent quality-price ratio, to be tried at the table both at aperitif time, consisting of cured meats, salami, and fresh cheeses, and throughout the meal, paired with first courses accompanied by a good meat ragù.
