Naturwein"Vieni Via con Me" von Toscani ist ein Cabernet Franc, das den Beginn eines Abenteuers in der Maremma markiert. Es reift 12 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern und zeigt sich in einem intensiven Rubinrot. In der Nase entfaltet sich ein fruchtiger Bouquet mit Aromen von roten Beeren, Amarena und Pflaume sowie einem Abgang von Kaffee und sanften Gewürzen. The red “Come Away with Me” is a pure Cabernet Franc, produced with the best grapes from the Monteromboli vineyard. The vines are about 20 years old and are cultivated on soils rich in iron minerals. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, with maceration on the skins for about 20 days. The wine matures for 12 months in French oak tonneau and completes aging with an additional 12 months in bottle. It presents a dark ruby red color. The olfactory profile recalls aromas of currants and small dark berry fruits, hints of aromatic herbs from the Mediterranean scrub, delicate spicy and toasted nuances. On the palate, it has a good structure, with complex aromas and a fine tannic texture. The finish is harmonious, fresh, and persistent.
