Der Rosé 'RaW' aus dem Weingut Ribelà ist ein rustikaler, authentischer Wein, der aus einer Mischung von roten und weißen Trauben entsteht, wovon auch der Name stammt, der für "Rot und Weiß" steht. Frisch, duftend und saftig, zeigt er in der Nase Noten von roten Früchten, florale Hinweise und leichte balsamische Anklänge. Seine Literflasche macht ihn zum perfekten Wein für einen Ausflug oder ein geselliges Beisammensein mit Freunden!

The Rosé ‘RaW’ from the Lazio winery Ribelà is an artisanal rosé wine with fresh and crunchy aromas, produced through an unusual blend of red and white grapes. In particular, this rosé comes from a blend of Ribelà Bianco and Rossé, other wines produced by the Ribelà reality, respectively a white and a red from traditional varieties of the Castelli Romani area. In fact, the name ‘RaW’ is an acronym of the English expression “Red and White”, highlighting the particular blend that is the origin of this wine. The choice to opt for an English name lies in the fact that rosés do not belong to the tradition of the territory.

The Ribelà Rosé ‘RaW’ is produced from a blend of a white wine and a red wine, both made with white and black grape varieties cultivated in accordance with the principles of certified organic agriculture, integrated with biodynamic practices. The vines rest on volcanic soils at an altitude of about 300 meters above sea level, with the harvest being carried out strictly by hand. In the winery, the fermentations, entrusted to only indigenous yeasts, take place in fiberglass tanks and throughout the entire process, the use of additives and enological aids, as well as clarification and filtration operations, is excluded. The wine is finally bottled in a one-liter format, highlighting its raw and carefree nature.

The ‘RaW’ Rosé from Ribelà has a bright pink hue with cherry color nuances. On the nose, it expresses crunchy fruity notes of raspberry and wild strawberry combined with floral hints and fresh balsamic sensations. Refreshing and easy-drinking, characterized by a pleasantly rustic and smooth character, as well as a juicy fruity finish.
