static decantation. The subsequent fermentation takes place in steel barrels at a controlled temperature of 18 degrees. The wine then remains in contact with the yeasts in steel for several months, until the moment bottling begins.

This Riesling "Vigna Castel Ringberg" produced by the Elena Walch winery presents itself visually with a typically straw-yellow color. The nose opens up to a range of floral and spicy notes, which gradually reveal delicate fruity hints and a background of more mineral sensations. On the palate, it is subtle, light, with a sip that reveals all the youth of this vintage, moving on a fresh, energetic vein, primarily mineral. A white from Alto Adige that pairs especially well with warm seafood appetizers and fish first courses.
