Der Pinot Noir "Turmhof" ist ein eleganter, frischer und fruchtiger Rotwein mit jugendlicher und dynamischer Persönlichkeit. Er stammt von Weinbergen, die bis zu 900 Meter hoch liegen, und reift 8 Monate in großen und kleinen Fässern. In der Nase treten Noten von Brombeeren, Kirschen und Himbeeren hervor. Der Geschmack ist weich und sehr ausgewogen.
The Pinot Nero from the "Turmhof" line of Tiefenbrunner is a winning bet every vintage. This variety is indeed very difficult to cultivate as it has a thin skin and is sensitive to many external agents. Yet, it is a variety that is inextricably linked to the Alto Adige land, home of the Tiefenbrunner winery. From this terroir, the Pinot Nero absorbs a particular finesse, which enhances even more the refinement already inherent in the grape. It can therefore be said that it is the result of a successful combination of grape and soil, which has rightfully entered local tradition. A commitment to enhancement and environmental protection carried out daily in the field by the winery maximizes the territorial expressiveness not only of this wine but of all those signed by Tiefenbrunner.
